Our story
One stand. One vision.
In December 2018, Danny Rodriguez poured his love for Tijuana street food and his Peruvian heritage into a single taco stand in Burbank. Lomo saltado tacos, quesotacos, chile relleno burritos and loaded asada fries on tortillas made by hand every day turned it into a fusion nobody else was making.
Today there are four Pablito's, and Forbes, the LA Times, Eater and First We Feast have all covered us. We're still doing what we did on day one: feeding the people right.
